Returns
Should you wish to return your item, please email returns@straightspoke.com
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Past the 14 day window we can no longer honour refunds or exchanges. For some brands we may able to offer 30 days, please refer to each specific product page, Returns tab.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To obtain a full refund, the item must be returned "as new", ready for resale. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case the item has been opened and assembled / part assembled, then a restocking fee may be applied to the return, fee to be determined individually.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@straightspoke.com. Please note that return policies may differ slightly for the various brands available in our store, depending on the suppliers terms. Please see individual product pages for exact terms.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@straightspoke.com.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of restocking where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We advise you do not accept delivery of a damaged item, and that you send clear photos of the damage to support@straightspoke.com
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
We cannot exchange items which have been damaged while being used.
This policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom.
