Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.

We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched. 

Should there be any delay, such as with an item on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

The delivery process will vary depending on the delivery options available for each product. Please note the total delivery time estimated generally at 3-7 business days will vary depending on the brand of product, please check individual product pages under the respective Delivery and Returns tabs. 

Orders are generally processed within a handling time of 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same day.

Estimated transit time is generally 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday) under normal conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by calling 0333 0505 707 or emailing info@straightspoke.com.

Should delivery fail due to the customer being unavailable at the agreed delivery time, or refusing to accept delivery, or having provided an incorrect shipping address, then the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damages:

If you receive items from us that are not as you ordered, or are in a damaged or defective state, it is your responsibility to inform us via email at support@straightspoke.com with supporting images about the issue, within 5 business days after the goods have been delivered to you.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. 

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

This Shipping Policy is exclusively for UK orders, as we currently only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.
