Can I ride an electric bike on the roads if I don't have a driver's license?

Yes, anyone over 14 years of age is allowed to ride e-bikes on roads without license, road tax or registration.

Is it legal to ride electric bikes on the roads in UK?

We sell only road legal e-bikes, which generally refer to electrically assisted pedal cycles with an electric motor power output of maximum 250 watts, reaching a maximum speed of 15.5 mph when the motor is engaged. Any bikes exceeding these numbers will be subject to regulations.

Can I still use my discount code after I have completed my order?

Discount codes can only be applied before completing an order, during the checkout process.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

An order may be cancelled or amended before dispatch, however after dispatch the buyer will be liable for the return courier cost.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £500, and during certain promotional periods. All discounts are made clearly visible on our website, and during the checkout process.

Is it safe to ride an electric bike in the rain?

Yes, the products we sell are safe for riding in the rain and going through puddles. Please take care with electrical parts when cleaning, power washers are not advised for any bike.

Can I ride my e-bike like a regular bicycle?

Yes, electric bikes can be used as conventional push bikes, engaging the motor for assistance only in certain instances, like climbing a hill, for example.

Do I have to remove the battery for charging?
