Free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £500 within 3 to 5 working days.
All orders are processed within 24 hours before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day.
For the purposes of clarity, Saturday and Sunday, as well as any UK national holidays & bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Off mainland delivery is also available and we quote on request.

The carrier will contact you before delivery. If you're unavailable, the carrier will either attempt delivery the next day, or arrange a local depot pickup.
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, bank holidays, and Easter, deliveries may take slightly longer due to increased courier network volumes.
We are always happy to answer questions before or after ordering — our priority is to ensure peace of mind from checkout to delivery.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags still attached, and returned within 10 days from when you notify us that you wish to cancel your order and return your purchase. Do not attach labels or tape directly to the product packaging — only to the external shipping package. If the items do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduced refund amount.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that shipping charges apply to refund upon return of your item, and any damage will also result in reduced refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery at no cost to the customer.
After inspection at our warehouse to confirm the defect, a full refund will be issued or an exchange offered should customers choose.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after a defect has been verified for delivered items.

Refunds requested after 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
For orders that have not yet been dispatched or have been cancelled early, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide you with return labels and a collection booking with our dedicated courier to ensure the safe return of your item/s.

The more we wanted to explore the more obvious it became that we needed to match our speed and endurance, so pedal assisted bikes were the way to go.

As early adopters for electric cars as well, from back in the day when fully electric cars were so rare on the roads that drivers would salute each other when driving by, we take pride in doing our bit for the environment.

We turn off the tap when we brush our teeth. We use rain water for the garden, since there's plenty of that in the UK. And we promote electric bikes as a means to stay healthy and fit, enjoying the outdoors for longer.

Can I ride an electric bike on the roads if I don't have a driver's license?

Yes, anyone over 14 years of age is allowed to ride e-bikes on roads without license, road tax or registration.

Is it legal to ride electric bikes on the roads in UK?

We sell only road legal e-bikes, which generally refer to electrically assisted pedal cycles with an electric motor power output of maximum 250 watts, reaching a maximum speed of 15.5 mph when the motor is engaged. Any bikes exceeding these numbers will be subject to regulations.

Can I still use my discount code after I have completed my order?

Discount codes can only be applied before completing an order, during the checkout process.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

An order may be cancelled or amended before dispatch, however after dispatch the buyer will be liable for the return courier cost.

Yes, the products we sell are safe for riding in the rain and going through puddles. Please take care with electrical parts when cleaning, power washers are not advised for any bike.

Can I ride my e-bike like a regular bicycle?

Yes, electric bikes can be used as conventional push bikes, engaging the motor for assistance only in certain instances, like climbing a hill, for example.

Do I have to remove the battery for charging?
